Q: How do I buy digital CD instead of a physical CD?

A: Almost all of our albums are available for digital download, just be sure to look for the “Download Digital CD” button.

Q: I don’t want a digital CD, how do I buy a physical CD?

A: We offer a whole range of physical CD’s, to buy a physical CD, click the button labeled, “Add CD to Basket” and then proceed to check out… or keep shopping.

Q: How do I acquire sheet music for one of your songs?

A: Yes, we do have our monthly newsletter online now. So if you would rather view it online instead of joining our mailing list, you can read the new one each month here.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Product purchased directly from us may be exchanged only if the product is damaged or defective.

Q: How long do I have to return a defective item?

A: Products which are being returned must be done within 30 days.

Q: May I exchange an item in the Monthly Special if I already have one of the CDs?

A: No, CDs offered in the specials cannot be substituted for other items in the store. But feel free to check back every month for the new special since they are always changing.

Q: I just put an order in today. When will it be shipped out?

A: Orders are generally shipped out within 2-3 days of receiving an order. If an order is placed Friday afternoon it will be shipped out the following Monday.

Q: How are free online orders shipped and how long will they take to get here?

A: All free online orders are shipped Media Mail through the US Postal Office. They take an average of 1 – 2 Business weeks.

Q: What kind of shoes does Craig wear?

A: He has an extensive wardrobe, but these are his favorites.

Q: Is it possible to pay for shipping and get my package here sooner?

A: Yes, you may choose one of the pay shipping options to have your package shipped sooner. You can choose from our online USPS services or contact us directly if you wish to have your order shipped UPS or FedEx.

Simply select which method you wish and it will recalculate your total with that shipping option.

If you wish to mail by UPS or FedEX, please put a comment in the additional comment section (be sure to click UPDATE) on the checkout page or contact us at 1-800-6-CRAIG-8 (1-800-627-2448) and we will make the necessary changes.

Q: How do I redeem a gift certificate?

A: Upon checkout please select under payment method GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION. It will automatically deduct the gift certificate amount from your total.
If your total order is less than the certificate amount, the additional amount will be credited to your account to be used at a later date. If your total amount is over the gift certificate, it will ask you to go back and please enter in your credit card information to pay the additional amount.

A: A gift certificate is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Q: How can I get a CD that is listed as OUT OF PRINT?

A: If either a CD, Video or Cassette is OUT OF PRINT on our webstore it means we no longer have any copies available. However, we have uploaded most albums for digital download but we have also seen some of Craig’s music floating around the web so feel free to do a search on your own. Good Luck!

Q: Can I hire Craig for a private event (ie. bar/bat mitzvah, weddings, and birthday parties)?

A: Craig is not available as a background singer for private events, but in some cases he is available to be hired for a concert in honor of said event. For more information please contact Rachel.
